In China, a large number of islands with power demand have not developed renewable energy, and their power supply has long been dependent on fossil fuels. In this paper, the author assumes that the supply and demand for electricity are uncertain, and consider an island electricity supply chain consisting of a single intermittent renewable plant and a single electricity sales company (ESC) and introduce Stackelberg game theory into it. In this case, the author studies how to improve the power supply efficiency and promote the development of renewable energy under the main power generation way of renewable energy, also analyzes the influence of different parameters on the decision- making of supply chain participants. Through comparative analysis, it can be found that the efficiency of supply chain and the development of renewable energy resources are significantly improved after the introduction of revenue sharing contract and revenue and risk sharing contract, and the effect of the latter contract is more obvious. Furthermore, the research shows that to maintain high levels of installed capacity in renewable energy, the efficiency of electricity generation equipment is not always the higher the better. And the research also reminds governments to take full account of the contractual environment of the electricity supply chain when subsidizing renewable energy....
SMEs contribute to 95% of the volume in global manufacturing. While supply chains are usually dragged by the big players, SMEs have a large share in value-creation through all levels of the chains. Due to their nature, SMEs are struggling with resource constraints and the balancing of priorities. The IT security, securing some of the biggest assets of each company, data and knowledge, is assumed to not match the required level in these companies, while SMEs see themselves as being perfectly prepared. Studies show that SMEs overestimate their preparedness in the case of IT attacks; however, studies show that this field in particular is mistreated because of insufficient finances and insufficient human resource capabilities. Being connected through industry 4.0 and smart technologies, SMEs provide a backdoor for intruders to reach data and knowledge of big companies, even in case of a well-established IT security. Alarming research numbers suggest that more than 50% of companies of all sizes and branches have been fallen prey of IT attacks of any kind. Supply chains try to establish a risk management to mitigate such risks upstream to further suppliers. New technologies, such as Blockchain technology, may provide a new framework for IT security, allowing also for resilience, traceability, and anonymity. While these technologies seem promising, they do not solve the issues of the backdoor provided by SMEs in supply chains and neglected by the supply chain risk management....
At present, China’s e-commerce logistics terminal distribution adopts courier delivery, post access express, agent access express, etc., which causes many problems in logistics terminal industry, such as disorder, inefficiency, waste of cost, lack of standards, and leakage of users’ personal information, which need to be solved urgently. This paper will introduce an intelligent express access integrated machine which combines rotary intelligent access system, stacker and self-service express electronic system. Among them, the rotary intelligent access system gives instructions to the stacker according to the information obtained from the self-service express electronic system, and the stacker searches for the corresponding express according to the instructions, the two cooperate with each other to form an integration of intelligent systems. The whole process operation changes the original messy manual operation mode, making it more intelligent and orderly. The development of this product integrates, unifies and standardizes the warehousing mode of e-commerce logistics, builds and strengthens the logistics infrastructure, meets the needs of the development of logistics industry, saves manpower, material resources and financial resources, and provides low-cost, high-quality, high-efficiency and private services for the vast number of users....
Emergency logistics system is the guarantee of efficient and smooth flow of emergency materials. This paper studies the emergency logistics system of Dalian city by investigation, literature research and qualitative analysis. According to the research, there are some shortcomings in Dalian emergency logistics system, such as the lack of permanent institutions, multi-party linkage and response mechanism, policy guarantee and information platform jointly built by multiple parties. On the basis of summarizing the experience and lessons of emergency logistics system in major public emergencies, especially the COVID-19 epidemic, the paper builds the “government, enterprise, military and civilian” closely coordinated emergency logistics system, and puts forward guarantee suggestions for the smooth operation of the system in terms of emergency logistics policies, regulations, ideas and information platform....
Retailer may exhibit irrationality when facing the risk of demand uncertainty; therefore, we consider four retailer behavioral preferences: risk neutral (RN), waste aversion (WA), stockout aversion (SA), and stockout-waste aversion (SW). *e decisionmaking and contract choice of upstream and downstream enterprises in cases where demand depends on supplier’s effort are studied. *e results show that if the retailer has only SA or RN preferences, then the supplier prefers to choose a wholesale price contract, while the retailer does the opposite, if the retailer has only WA, then the supplier prefers to choose a revenue sharing contract, but the retailer’s contract choice depends on the degree of waste aversion, and if the retailer has SW, then the contract choice of upstream and downstream enterprises is related to the degree of waste aversion and stockout aversion....
